When should I RSVP by?Please plan to RSVP by March 21, 2025.

What is the dress code?The wedding is semi-formal, so feel free to dress up but an expensive gown or tux is not required. Men can opt for slacks paired with a button-down shirt, with a jacket being optional. No traditional Hawaiian shirts. Women are welcome to wear midi-length, or maxi dresses, or stylish jumpsuits. Average weather in Waialua: Day 82°F, Night 65°F.

Will there be a Welcome Dinner?Family and close friends from NYC are invited to Mina's Fish House on April 16th, 2025 at 7pm. The welcome dinner is relaxed, island attire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?Ceremony starts at 3:30pm sharp. • Shuttle bus to Dillingham Ranch: Pick-up in Waikiki @ 1:30pm, leaving by 1:45pm, arrive by 3pm. • If you plan to drive, please arrive by 3pm -- About 60-75 min from Waikiki, plan accordingly.

Is there parking at the venue?Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! We are also providing bus shuttle service to and from Waikiki.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?Yes, please write it on the RSVP page! We’ll make sure that your needs are accommodated.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?Yes! Please visit the Activities and Stays page of this website for some recommendations.

Should I stay in Waikiki?You don’t need to, but it will be the most accessible place to stay. Plan accordingly!

Are there any other events I should know about around the wedding?Rosa and Danny will have their own itinerary that you can follow! Check the website frequently for new updates leading up to the big day!

Do I need to rent a car?If you are looking to explore the island, a car is definitely necessary! The Turo App, Hui Share, or car rentals by the airport are great options. If you are visiting just for the wedding, there will be a shuttle to and from Waikiki the day of the wedding.
